Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be uninstalled, unused, and complete with all included parts and accessories. Please keep the original packaging where available and pack the item securely.

Request Authorization Before Returning

Email info@stpartsgroup.com with your order number, item SKU, and reason for return. For damage, defects, or an incorrect item, include photos and a description of the issue. We will review your request and provide return authorization and the designated U.S. warehouse return address. Please do not ship to a warehouse address or the address on the original package before receiving our instructions.

Return Shipping and Refunds

For non-quality returns, the customer pays return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us before purchasing return postage so we can arrange a suitable return or resolution. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and process an approved refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider's processing time may vary.

One-Year Product Warranty

Products purchased from WIHMCCK AUTO PARTS carry a one-year warranty from delivery for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. An installed product with a suspected quality issue should be submitted as a warranty claim rather than a change-of-mind return.

To request warranty service, email your order number, SKU, a description of the fault, and supporting photos or video. Where relevant, include the engine serial number and installation details to help identify the issue. We will assess the claim and provide instructions for inspection and an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund resolution. Obtain authorization before sending a warranty item to our U.S. warehouse.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or an incompatible application is not a manufacturing defect. Please confirm the OE reference, engine configuration, and physical fitment before installation.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
